Who provides the service

Polar is the merchant of record and reseller for paid checkout. Its legal entity and buyer terms are identified in checkout and on your receipt. Polar handles payment, applicable tax and payment refunds; we provide the tests, readings and profile access. These terms describe our service and our refund promise.

What you are buying

A test allowance unlocks one distinct non-Archetype test: its complete reading and future retakes. It is used when you unlock a test, not again on each retake. Allowances are personal to your account, cannot be resold or transferred, and are not stored money. Your refund rights remain.

• Test packs: 1 test for €4.99, 4 tests for €14.99, or 8 tests for €19.99. Ordinary packs do not separately unlock the complete Archetype reading.
• Archetype starter offers: the complete Archetype reading plus 4 other tests for €14.99, or 8 other tests for €19.99.
• Other introductory tests: 4 tests in total for €14.99, or 8 in total for €19.99, plus the complete Archetype reading. Your introductory test uses one of the four or eight allowances, leaving three or seven.
• Complete Profile: €42.99 before eligible earlier spending. It unlocks the collection recorded at purchase, currently 20 tests including Archetype. Tests added in future are not included unless expressly offered.

Prices include applicable tax. Check the selected offer and final total before paying. Your order and receipt record the actual amount, including any historical price or discount. This is a one-time payment, without a recurring charge.

Upgrading to Complete Profile

Eligible earlier euro purchases on the same account reduce the price by the amount actually paid, including tax and after refunds, up to the Complete Profile price. For example, €14.99 already paid leaves €28.00. A positive balance below €0.50 is waived.

Remaining unused test allowances are absorbed into the upgrade: their purchase value has already contributed to the discount. They are not paid out or added on top of the collection. A free upgrade creates no extra cash amount to refund. See how refunds affect an upgrade and earlier purchases.

Your account and access

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use your own account and keep sign-in details secure. You need an internet connection, a current browser, JavaScript and necessary account cookies. Optional analytics permission is not required to buy or use the service.

Access starts after payment is confirmed and is available in your signed-in profile. A payment being checked does not mean you should pay again. Contact support if an order or reading is missing.

Your purchase includes access and retakes without a scheduled expiry or recurring fee. The scope recorded at purchase controls what you own. Changes to new offers do not reduce existing purchased rights. If we cannot continue supplying purchased access, you remain entitled to an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Understanding your readings

Our tests are tools for personal reflection, informed by the research and scoring notes identified for each test. They are not clinical diagnoses or professional medical, psychological, financial or employment advice. No particular result or life outcome is guaranteed. This does not excuse a failure to supply the advertised service or limit your rights if it does not conform to the contract.

Fair use and changes

You may keep and use your own results for personal purposes. Do not commercially share accounts, resell the service, attack the website or redistribute the complete question bank. Restrictions for misuse must be proportionate, with an explanation where reasonably possible, and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

We may maintain and improve the service. We will not use an update or a new version of these terms to retrospectively reduce your purchased scope or rights. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated as required by law.

Refunds, complaints and your rights

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. It explains refunds requested within 14 days, how used tests and linked upgrade payments are handled, and your statutory remedies.

For access issues or complaints, email support@aboutme-lab.eu. Give your account email and order reference if available, but never your password or full card details. Polar billing support is available at support@polar.sh. We will explain the outcome of a complaint and any applicable out-of-court resolution information.

We do not currently commit to a particular voluntary alternative dispute resolution provider. Any legally required participation remains unaffected. Information on registered Slovenian providers is available from the Slovenian government. You retain access to applicable courts, consumer authorities and card-issuer dispute procedures.

Slovenian law applies to these service terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Polar's buyer terms govern its reseller relationship. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or requires you to use a foreign court or arbitration.

Privacy and deleting your profile

Our privacy policy explains personal data, storage and deletion. Deleting a profile removes its saved readings and access, but is not itself a refund request or a waiver of a valid claim. You can still contact support with your receipt after deletion.
